2007 Elen Gera graduated MBA within HSE. (www.hse.ru) under President Program for Russian managers. Since 2005 she lectures on marketing and advertising.

Born in the heart of Moscow  Elen Gera expressed the artistic talent from the early age that brought the award of the Surikov Art School. Painting studies at the Surikov School and at the Grem Kalinovsky’s art studio gave her sure basis and freedom for creative work.  She got MS in International Commerce within Financial Academy under the Russian Government with a specialization in marketing that gave her solid knowledge in marketing and finance. She worked in the field of marketing, she executed the marketing project for Genoa Chamber of Commerce in 1993 and worked for the other companies.

Since 1994 she organized several exhibitions of  Russian  Art  abroad and in Russia  In 1999 she established GeraGallery in Moscow within NOVOTEL. In 2001 she created, organized and participated in the art-project "Bell'Art. Woman perception", which made the society  speaking about "Art of living", of male and female psychological differences, tolerance; and art, created by women. Tretyakov Gallery made the exhibition "Woman perception� on the base of Gera’s project. TV show "Woman perception" appeared. Bell'Art was the first project, which used theater, art-performance, and a play of light and sound, aroma along the exposition. 2003 –  she participated at ART's summing up the projects within Bell’Art  (She created art-projects "Harem"(2001), ""Choice" (2002), "More than Painting�(2003), "The Other Reality", "The Red Invasion" (2003) and “Love”(2004)  were unified into  "Eritis sicut Deus scientes bonum et malum" (The Old Testament) and presented in 2004 , “Pasha Style” and "Flower Horoscope" are of 2005, “Nude”, “New Life”, “The Mystery of Sin”, “Point of View”, “Rome-Paris-London-Moscow” are the art project of 2006.
